A teratological case in a specimen of Oncopeltus (Erythrischius) unifasciatellus Slater, 1964 is described. The teratosis belongs to an oligomery in the right tarsus. The structure has an only and obsolete segment, apparently as a result of regeneration. Together with the teratological case, the first records of this species from Salta Province in Argentina are provided.
